According to the master plan, 6,000 residences will be built in Luštica Bay, including more than 3,000 apartments, more than 300 luxury villas with sea views and six more hotels. The 4.9 km long Lungo Mare promenade will connect the city with the bays and beaches of the picturesque coast. The elegant marina will have over 100 berths with the possibility of bunkering boats.
